Refunds

All orders made through the website must be paid in full.

If the event details change or you have changed your mind, notice must be given at least 72 hours prior to your event to receive a full refund.

If notice is not received within 72 hours of the event, only a 50% refund can be given.

If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery or pick up or your cake/cupcakes, no refunds will be given.

Handling and Storage

The Little Cupcake Garden does not take any responsibility of the product provided once it has been delivered/picked up. Handling and storage instructions are given at the time of collection/drop-off and can also be found below.

All products will come in suitable boxes for the product. We recommend carrying the boxes from the bottom to ensure no cupcakes or cakes are damaged in any way whilst being moved.

Once your tasty cupcakes or cake have been collected, please ensure you store them in a cool, dry area.

Please note if you select delivery, all items will be delivered between 11:00am and 5:00pm. If you are not home, cupcakes will be left in safe location at the delivery address and a message will be forwarded to the sender. We do not take any responsibility for the product once delivery has been completed.
